Colorado Bar Association Releases 2024–Summer 2026 Agricultural and Rural Law Roundup
The Colorado Bar Association’s Agricultural Law Section has released its 2024–Summer 2026 Agricultural and Rural Law Roundup, providing an overview of recent Colorado and federal court decisions and legislative developments affecting agriculture and rural communities.
The roundup covers a wide range of legal issues, including water and irrigation disputes, agricultural land, ranch property restrictions, conservation easements, wildlife, tax credits, and other developments that may impact Colorado landowners and agricultural businesses.
