Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle. She is an avid road biker, mountain biker, skier, swimmer, and triathlete, and spends as much time as possible exploring the outdoors.
Cynthia Daughtrey
Cynthia Daughtrey has practiced law for more than 37 years, bringing extensive experience in real estate, land development, contracts, and local government matters. She began her legal career in 1989 as an Assistant District Attorney in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. After relocating to Colorado in 1995, she continued building her legal practice across private, corporate, and local government settings.
Today, Cynthia is the owner of Beyer & Associates, LLC, where she focuses on helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate real estate, estate planning, probate, and business matters. In addition to practicing law, Cynthia is also a licensed Colorado real estate broker, allowing her to provide clients with both legal insight and practical guidance when dealing with real estate transactions, land development, and property matters.
Cynthia is a licensed Colorado attorney and a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Northwest Colorado Bar Association. She is also a member of the Solo Small Practice Section, Real Estate Section, Trust and Estate Section, Elder Law Section, Agricultural and Rural Law Section, and Business Law Section. She is also active in community and professional organizations, including serving on the board of the Funeral Consumer Society of Colorado and being a member of the Routt County Cattlewomen Association.
She earned her law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law, where she received the American Jurisprudence Award for Negotiations. She also holds a B.A. in History with Honors and a Minor in Political Science from the University of North Dakota.
Beyond her legal work, Cynthia is a Distinguished Toastmaster and a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer, and she regularly gives presentations on estate planning and other legal topics to help educate the community.
